Hey I am posting an ad to find someone to take over my part of the rent. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Sitiuation didn’t work out so trying to find someone to take over my part of the rent. The rent is 434 plus 1/3 of the ultities. Please reply letting me know if you are interested. The house is nice with a backyard. Has a two car garage. Living with two other roommates. Furnished house. No need for furniture expect a bed and dresser.
