please do not inquire about this room unless you want to move in right away and actualy have the money to move in,,had 2 diferent people now say that they wanted the room for sure and then i pulled the add only to have them a couple days later tell me they made other plans ..so no tire kickers please …must have an appreciation for music..i am a musician and have jam sessions on thursdays..so looking for a musician possibly….as well i have a rambunctious 4 year old …who is a handfull and gets up quite early every day…all utilities are included and wireless available for internet.room comes with a realy nice bed…mom figure in the household so always home cooked meals at night….prefer non drinker…household is 420 friendly…. in the man cave only though…large fenced back yard with a shop and 3 garden plots…pet is ok as long as they are cool with a small child and you agree to total poop maintenance…centrally located in town close to bus lines etc..for more information please call 884-7447….
