I’m would like to have a “GUY” roommate because if I have a girl roommate my “GIRLFRIEND” will want to chop off my head and put it on a stick. You must be mature, responsible, easy-going, clean in the kitchen & common areas, HONEST, professional, NO PETS (sorry), you must have a job, be a NON-smoker, and absolutely positively NO DRUGS. This is NOT a party place. I’m looking for someone that is professional, can appreciate a quiet atmosphere and is more concerned about showing up to work on time than what bar they will go to on a Friday night.

//About the LOCATION:
About 5 MINUTES from Lenox Square, probably the most famous shopping mall in the Southeast & Phipps Plaza, an exquisite upscale shopping mall. There are literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from during the day and several bars to hop over to at night. The area known as Pill Hill where 3 hospitals sit right by each other are just around the corner and up the street. Easy access to hwy 400 and hwy 285 on the North side. About 8 to10 MINUTES away is Perimeter mall & hwy 85. So, there is easy access to all parts of the city.

Home has wireless Internet throughout, washer/dryer, fireplaces, 2 decks, a large screened in porch facing the back yard, a mix of hardwood and stone floors with carpet in the bedrooms. A maid comes about once a month to clean the home and for an extra $20 she can clean your room and bath. Also, there are NO PETS. Please see the pics below for a better view.

//About the ROOM:
The room is completely furnished with a queen size bed that is a pillow top mattress and sleeps like a charm. It has a large, long closet that you will find hard to fill, a color TV with remote which is convenient to watch while you are in bed at night. Additionally you will have your own bathroom. No Sharing.

DEPOSIT is $695, CREDIT CHECK AND REFERENCES REQUIRED.
