Hi there! I am looking for one person to share this beautiful house in Haverhill. I’m a 29 year-old, clean, respectful, athletic professional male and work as a software engineer. I’m looking for people who are also clean and respectful like me. I have my own bathroom so you will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person and the three of us will share the oversized kitchen and living room.

The house is located in a quiet reservoir area with a great view. It is only a 6 minutes drive to I-495 and Haverhill downtown where lots of great restaurants are located. It takes only 3 minutes to get to Market Basket for grocery shopping. The house was completely renovated last year — all new windows and efficient heating system. It is very clean, has high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout the house and high quality appliances. We have a cleaning lady come over once every 2 weeks and she takes care of the common area, including floor, bathrooms and garbage. Also, the kitchen has an electronic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator (w/ auto ice maker), and lots of storage space. Living room has flat penal TV and sofa. The laundry room is in the basement and the washer and dryer are both front-loaded and brand new.

There is parking space for four cars outside of the house. The heat and hot water are included in the rent and we will share the electricity and internet. Room is approx. 11′X14′ and is unfurnished. No pets please.

UPDATE: 1 person per room please. Also, there is a pond down the road where locals go to swim and walk trails. I think an engineer or recent grad will work well here. The other tenant is an engineer and I am one as well.
