PLEASE NOTE: replies are filtered such that we will only receive the ones which have answers for the two questions below….

You would be happy in a nice old house with great people all around you. All hardwood floors to walk on, all mechanical laundry machines to work for you and an nice gas stove to cook whatever your little heart desires. We are a short 10 to 15 minute walk to Harvard square and the T, near inman, 5 min to union, 10 to porter sq 20 to central, on the 86, 83 and a couple others but in such a nice quiet neighborhood (just over the cambridge line in somerville) that you wouldn’t know how close you are to everything.

We are a nice lively place of people working and playing (after work and on weekends)– nothing too crazy though, no one smokes and no frat parties here; just a lot of mature fun-loving people. its guaranteed a place that you can call home. everyone who has moved in loves it here. we all love to cook here and we do large dinners (often potlucks) on Tuesdays as well where we invite friends.

Awesome deal in Dorchester (Dorchester) $650 384sqft

June 19, 2013 in Boston

This is a pretty great deal. Available July 1 are two massive rooms for rent in a big house near Park Street in Dorchester. Equidistant from Shawmut and Fields Corner Red Line stations – 10 minute walk.

Each room is 13 x 28 feet! New paint and poly on floors. Each room is one half of the second floor of the house. Huge newly renovated bathroom that you share with other second floor tenant. Cast iron clawfoot tub (bring your own bubble bath and rubber duckie). Nice big kitchen that is also shared.

No laundry in house but local laundromats are on Dorchester Ave. Other downside is no dining room.

Best Vietnamese food in Boston! Stop and Shop on Morrissey (and Shaws). Planet Fitness in Neponset (10 bucks a month). On street parking and there is always spots. Cool neighbors in what is a one family home bedroom neighborhood.

Looking for quiet professionals with a sense of responsibility and respect for others. Credit and background checks will be conducted. 1 year lease.

Shaky walkthrough video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hl-DDvyUAag

No photos of second room as tenant is still in there. Same size as first room but has a repointed chimney bisecting some of the space.

650 per month plus 1/3 utilities. First and last as security deposit. No cats or dogs, sorry.

Email interest and I will send you my number.

Thanks!
