I am a professional SWF that is looking to rent out a room in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that I own and currently live in. I work for Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District so I keep the hours of a school employee. However, I play volleyball twice a week at night so I’m usually home about 3 night week. Weekends vary for me…just depends on what is going on with my friends as to whether I am home on the weekends. The condo is about 1100 square feet and fully furnished. I do have a bed in the second room and a dresser, however these can be removed if you do not need them. Utilities are included in the rental price. The location is in the South Park area so it’s close to the mall and eating/bars as well as about a 10 to 15 minute drive to uptown. It’s also about 1 1/2 miles to the Light Rail.

I am looking for a female roommate for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Pineville. The rent will be $378 and then half of the electricity bill and water bill as it is not included and based on consumption. The room will not be furnished. The washer and dryer is included in the rent. I am a 24 year old professional female. I am quiet and I rarely have guests over. I work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM mon-fri and off on weekends.
