Three young professionals, two male, one female, living in a great Cleveland Heights home are looking for another roommate in their 20s or 30s, preferably a young professional or college student. Fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen (and bedroom, if desired). All utilities included in the rent: Wifi, water, heat, electric, laundry in basement, and parking on site. No pets.
Sick of living at home or with difficult people? This home is great place for older students and burgeoning young professionals to come home and study or relax after work/class. We live within 10-15 minute drive from Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve Univerisity, and other Cleveland Heights attractions (Coventry and Cedar/Lee neighborhood). References from previous landlords and proof of steady income are highly encouraged.
