Hello so I live in a 2 bedroom house..but my roommates are moving out! Very nice and calm neighborhood (not ghetto! ) everything is close by…stores supermarket ..fast food restaurants! At the heart of Huntington park!
My roomates (a couple) have a new born baby! They really can’t afford to stay anymore, So they are moving out.
Anywhoo the room is the master bedroom! Huge closet! Your very own parking space! $600 amonth… $675 with utilities included!!
its a House, a small 2 bedroom house with its own yard,
1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, front yard, private parking space, private bathroom entrance. close to the park!
MALE OR FEMALE … couples ok! single with kid ok! STUDENTS, ok..group of students, ok .. small dog ok…cat, idk lol it depends if its only 1 then possibly
I am a Student full time but I also, have a part-time job, i work on the weekends doing gigs, i am down to earth, i’m not a party animal, am school and work oriented…I don’t drink or smoke (not 420 friendly sorry )..and I am looking for someone who does not smoke or drink as well. If you get caught smoking or drinking you will jeopardizes the contract and can possibly get kick out! So if you do any drugs or smoke weed, or are a hard drinker please don’t apply…cigarettes are ok, and light drinking.
I personally don’t do any of them so I would prefer someone who doesn’t either.
You will get you very own private parking space. The house is 2blocks away from the super market ..gym..warehouse shoe sale..Ross McDonald’s ..restaurants ..clothing stores!! Gas station! …everything is so close by! Elementary, middle ..high school School, train station bus stops park!! The neighbors are very friendly!
Please have a job! You can come check out the house this Friday or Saturday ….room will be available July 1st! No deposit just a 3month minimum stay…
