We’re offering a very large furnished bedroom and private bath in our home. The room has a very nice
view toward the front and rear of our property and has the following furnishings:

* Bed and Dresser with extra linens, blankets, etc
* Recliner
* Refrigerator, Microwave and hotplate
* Color TV
* Your own private bath
* Your own private thermostat. Yes, you’ll regulate your own temperatures.

This room is in the upstairs of our very large, upscale home.

You’ll enjoy peaceful, quiet and safe country living, but still be only minutes from just about everything. Our property is
more like a park, with a large pond, wooded area with benches, on 6 acres.

We don’t smoke, but smoking is okay on our covered front porch. Pets are not permitted.
