Gated community, has a pool and a community center (no gym though.. 
) that you can make use of should you need to.
One of the two rooms has a queen bed, with box spring, mattress and two night stands in it already. Can leave it in there if you don’t have your own furniture to bring along.
There is a very friendly cat that lives in the house as well. if you have a cat, and the existing cat can get along with your’s, I have no problems… No dogs though.
Looking for sane people, professionals or graduate students to rent these rooms to. Don’t be allergic to cats. No lease required, month to month with a 300.00 deposit.
