Hi everyone, we have a partially furnished Room for rent: The room has a full size bed and tv only, so we would prefer to keep it there. We highly prefer a non smoker.If you are a smoker, you will be asked to smoke outside only. No partiers (if you do,thats ok,but not in our household please.) Not 420 friendly. We are a cool,quiet, clean,laid back couple that would like to find a great,responsible room mate with no baggage. It is just my husband and I will no other room mates and no kids.NORMAL room mates only please. Sorry, NO couples.room is for one person only as two people would be more storage needed and would increase our utilities just that much more. Please only inquire if you are reasonably clean & pay rent on time. We always pay our bills on time, so we would expect you to do the same.

What we have to offer: Rent inclues utilities such as water,electric,cable, trash removal,wifi internet (high speed). Room is cable ready. Wifi ready. Kitchen access Laundry room Private bathroom.Curb parking available in front of our house. Sorry, no garage space. Located @ southeast chandler about 7 miles from the chandler mall.
Private pool.
Common areas shared:
Kitchen area, dining area, fireplace area, laundry room with new LG front load washer and dryer, front yard porch area, backyard covered patio and private pool available 24/7 in the summer time

We do have 1 dog and 2 indoor only cats (partially declawed), so you would need to be ok with pets.The pets reside in all areas of the house,and do not go in the room. Its just my husband and I with no kids and no other room mates. Sorry, we cannot allow a room mate that has any pets.

Room is available to one person with no pets.Must be able to provide proof of income. We reserve the right to do a background check and references may be verified. Sorry, we dont want someone who is self employed and/or works from home.

Requirements:
Must have a car.Why? Because if you were to get “laid off” from your job,we need to know that you will be able to find work.Its kinda hard to find other work if needed, if you dont have a car.

Must be employed. (We will ask for the last 3-4 most recent paystubs prior to move in to just verify that you make enough income to pay rent.)

Must be willing to do a background check prior to move in date.
