Quiet neighborhood, ~.2 mile to 56 (Chalkstone) bus, ~.3 to 26 (RIC) bus, half a mile to shopping and restaurants. RIC and PC are just over a mile away, Kennedy Plaza (downtown) 2 1/2 miles, East Side 3 miles, convenient access to Rtes 10, 6 and 44.





$500 per month or $130 per week, due in advance. Short-term welcome. Accommodations can be made for shelving and such for longer-term lodger.

There is a small friendly cat in the house; not the one in the room photos, unfortunately.

Great dark wooden floors very clean, high ceilings. It is the second floor appartment. There is two floors .. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms so you have space between roommates.
