Hi, my name is Michelle. I am a third year architectural student at the U of A. I am looking for a summer renter and/or a roommate for the fall to share my two bedroom, two bathroom condo close to the tucson golf course and Elcon mall. The condo is newly renovated (carpets, paint, bathrooms and counter tops). You would have your own bedroom and bathroom with wifi and walk out balcony. It is a second story condo with a laundry room downstairs, which is included in the rent. The rent is $475 a month and half of utilities (gas, electric, wifi). I am looking for a fellow student who is in a rigorous program like myself, neat, easy going and a non-smoker. Please contact me with any questions
