Looking for a roommate that is clean and picks up after themselves male or female. Have a house couple blocks from campus area. Rent would be $400 plus a third of utilities. First months rent and deposit which is a months rent are due upon move in. The house has two bedrooms and one and half bath a huge basement, front and back yard.I would be staying in the basement so the two rooms upstairs would be the available rooms. Utilities are gas, water/trash, electric, internet. Have a fireplace to help keep the gas down when it gets real cold.W/D in basement along with the half bath. Parking can be right out front of the house but is on the street parking. The house is ready for move in condition. Would like to find someone that would like to stay for a while. I am a single male 29 clean respectful of others and belongings. Have a beautiful malamute so I would need you to like a dog. She usually doesn’t bother anyone, also if you could hate her I would be amazed. No more pets unless we discuss at over showing you the house.
