34yo male. Seeking a roommate/companion (female preffered) to share my 1,850sq.ft home with.
4bedroom Quad level house, looking to rent out the lower level which includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and semi private living area.
Acces to whole house, laundry, kitchen etc.. Also garage & pool. All utilities included.
Divorced father of two awsome kids who are here on weekends, ages 8 & 10. Other single parents ok.
I am easy going and pretty quiet, no into partying or drama. Very clean. Outside smoker.
