I have an opportunity to lease this land. This is a small three bedroom house. The 300.00 is for full access to house, each of us have a bedroom. I believe I will be able to get hunting rights, but not certain. Shop and barn will be my work area. I raise German Shepards so you must be comfortable around large dogs. I only have two with one litter of pups a year. No drinking and partying. I am 52 years old and recently widowed. I smoke, but smoke outside. 1 Shepard lives in the house with me. I go to bed early (10:30) and rise at sunup. This is a nice piece of property and if I find a roommate we can enjoy only paying 300 a month for rent in a country setting.
