Price is $650 a month with $300 damage deposit. First months rent and damage deposit due before move in day- period. No rent paid before or day of move in, no deal.

If 12 month lease signed and paid in full, DISCOUNTED rent is only $425 a month. That’s a 35% savings just for paying in full for a 12 month lease!
And if you ever need help on your taxes, or changing your oil, I can help with that too. When I’m not working 40 hours a week, I’m exercising and hanging out. I don’t drink or party excessively, nor do I smoke (smoking outside ONLY). I’m not a weirdo either (hey that’s a plus right?!) and we are not required to be friends.
House rules will be on the lease… Not sure yet what kind of “rules” I have, but don’t get the police called on us or do illegal stuff.
