I’m looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house with a driveway, front/back yard, and basement near all the major shopping areas in Cherry Hill starting on August 25th. I am a male professional working in the area. I’m fairly clean, tech savvy, mostly quiet but like to throw a shindig or 3, and like to hang out in Philly. I’m hoping to find another professional who shares similar values, is clean, considerate, fair, and responsible. I will most likely be signing up for FIOS. Your costs include price of rent +/- which room you want and we’ll split utilities, water/sewerage, small maintenance fee of the yard about every month. You will also have to undergo a credit and reference check as per the landlord as your name will also be on the lease.
