My roommate Tina has gotten engaged and is moving out. So I am looking for someone to share my downtown condo.

I travel for work and am out of town roughly half time, so you’ll have the place to yourself quite a bit. It’s on the 100 West Block of Saratoga, one block west of Charles. Close to Mercy Hospital and the University of Maryland campus, and convenient to the Inner Harbor. I am a late 30′s professional male.

The home was totally rehabbed in 2006 with modern furnishings and a gallery feel. The main living space is over 20′ x 20′ and the available bedroom measures 14′ x 10′ with a good-sized closet. The bathroom has tile and a jacuzzi tub. There’s also a private deck off the living room (20′ x 8′), alarm system, and the kitchen has modern stainless kitchen appliances and granite countertops. A washer and dryer are inside the home and there is new HVAC.

The home is perfect for a student or professional working downtown. I’m specifically looking for someone like me, meaning relatively quiet, easy-going temperament, respectful nature, and a predisposition for cleanliness.

The unit is available starting mid-May and I’m asking $775, which includes gas, electricity, water, and parking. The parking is just behind the building, and if you don’t need a spot, that will save $50. We will split cable. The main living area is furnished as shown and the bedroom is unfurnished.

While I love pets, I’m not looking to bring a dog or cat into the home right now.
