My roommate is moving in August and I need to find someone to fill her shoes starting 9/1. The house is a great rowhouse with wood floors, fireplace, exposed brick, stainless steel kitchen appliances, etc. It’s only about 4 blocks from the Shaw-Howard metro stop. The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there’s a half bathroom on the first floor as well.

About me: I’m a mid-20′s, female. Between going to work and the gym, I’m gone most days form 7 am to 7 pm, but I fit the occasional happy hour in. During the week, I also like to hang out and watch TV, and enjoy cooking. I like my privacy and will respect yours as well. I stay in sometimes on Fridays, but also enjoy going out on the weekends, finding new bars/restaurants to try, and exploring the city in general. Also, I have a cat, so if you’re allergic that definitely won’t work.

I’m looking for roommate that’s employed and a non-smoker, and somewhere in my age range. Beyond that, I’d just like to meet a few times to make sure we get along.
