Room for rent includes a full bathroom not shared with anyone else. We are married with an amazing 3yr old that would keep out of your space. We live in a great 4 bedroom house with a resort like backyard with a pool. We are both mature, clean and hard working in our late 30′s early 40′s. Looking to share our wonderful space with the same. We have 2 dogs that are not roaming the house but have their own space by the doggie door and part of the yard. We are drug free and expext the same. We enjoy some drinking and currently smoke,outside only, but are looking forward to quitting. We offer cable, wifi Internet, full access to kitchen and living room with apple Tv that includes every and any movie or Tv show you can imagine, gas grill, semi furnished bedroom (no dresser) and the occasional home cooked meal. We both love to cook. We are looking for someone with a full time job, no pets, own transportation, and would like to share a home with people that love life.
