Currently I have a large home located in Santa Rosa California. At the time I would like to rent a room out as the home is too large for myself. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to Shopping, bus, library, and most public amenities.

The room for rent comes with its own personal bathroom as well as full use to the house. Kitchen, Living Room, Backyard, Front Yard, Washer and Dryer.
