i live in my own place, a nice , clean two-bedroom apartment (with two bathrooms). Has a lot of extras / bonuses, like washer & dryer in the unit, pool & jacuzzi, nice complex with BBQ area, etc, etc.

* Dishwasher & garbage disposal
* Washer & Dryer inside!
* A/C works great
* Recently painted, new carpeting throughout the apartment
* Fully furnished and kitchen has all appliances, dishes, utensils, etc

Here’s the deal, I’m bored as f*ck living alone ..lol . Not that I can’t make friends, but I just moved here a few weeks ago, so I don’t know anyone, and I am currently not working. So yeah, boring! I would like to have a home where we can hang out, drink, cook (or order out if we are too lazy to cook), watch a movie, etc. I would want it to be a no-drama household, where we can be free to live a sane, but fun, lifestyle, doing whatever rocks our nutsack. You must be a liberal guy. No judgmental types or opinionated people. If you want to “entertain” someone on the sofa, go for it. If you want to watch porn in the living room, not a problem.

OK, so I just thought it would be a good idea to offer the spare room to a cool straight guy who likes to have fun, and who is open minded (ie, someone who would be perfectly OK living with a nice, easy going gay guy). Hey, a gay roommate has its perks!

I am fine with having fun, drinking, you can smoke out on the balcony, live a hedonistic life, all within control.

So if you need (want) a room and a home, even on a short-term basis (ie, 1-3 months) we should discuss.

PLEASE…no weirdos, heroin addicts, or ex-felons.
