We have lots of room available now, in summer or in fall for short term and long term stays. All our College Choice Villas homes are great. Currently we only have rooms available (not full houses). In the fall we will be offering large and small residences which can be rented in the entirely. Prices vary from $475 for shares and $650 for privates, with a few exceptions for rooms “on sale” at bargain prices. The largest home has 9 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 13. The smallest has 2 bedrooms. We offer simple 1 room arrangements shared with other SDSU students or recent grads. We can provide utilities, internet and cable tv & furnishings in the rent by the room situations. All homes have convenient laundry facilities and are walking distance to SDSU. We seek only those that will not bring any parties back home, who are out of the illegal drug scene and who will keep the homes clean.
