Duel refrigerators in the kitchen so you will only be sharing a newer refrigerator with 1 person. There will be a total of ONLY 4 tenants in this 5 bedroom HOUSE. Rare to find such a nice Large house with so few tenants so close to campus. 100% NON party house NON Smoking Home, clean, quiet and classy. . . + Utilities which are split equally between the tenants and the landlord.

* NON-Smokers only. Must be comfortable in a roomate setting. Fun BBQ’s, but is not a party house at all, but a rather quiet place. Serious students and young professionals in this house. Because two of the students are in their masters. programs, the current tenants prefer a quiet atmosphere at all times.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this is a non-party atmosphere ONLY house. If you are still in your “party stage” this is probably NOT the house for you. A good idea is to consider this a wine and cheese house instead of a beer and pretzel place” (one of the tenant’s quotes). One of the roomates is starting his master’s program, and the girl is finishing her Bachelors with an internship,, they are both very friendly and welcoming, but busy — and when they are home they want a quiet atmospher at ALL TIMES! There is a strict “clean kitchen” rule. You have to want to live in a clean, non party, non smoking, classy house. BBQ’s and small entertaining with dates, close friends, co-workers or family is great.
