Looking to fill a room in the apartment complex Arizona Commons II. It is a 2 bathroom apartment and the setup is such that each room has its own entrance and exit and there is a common living room and kitchen. Utilities are included in the $390 per month rent and the 2 other rooms of the apartment back up to the pool. There is free parking along the outside of the complex if you have a car and the AZ Commons II is only half a mile away from campus if you do not. I am trying to find a single person to take over my room and lease so that I can move into my fraternity house. As incentive I am offering to pay for the first months rent free and pay $100 cash to take over the lease. Part of the apartment is shared including the bathroom which you would share with one of my current roommates and the kitchen/living room. Luckily all of my roommates are clean and civil but the only reason I have to move out is because I am moving into my Fraternities house. The amount of rent is already fairly cheap and along with the fact that I am willing to pay the first months rent plus $100 cash I do not expect for this offer to last long.
