I have a room available (Avail. now) in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house in South Philly. Rent will be $475.00 plus utilities (Peco, PGW and Comcast). Washer and dryer available. Street parking available. Looking for someone that is responsible, loyal and honest. Smoker okay..outside. I have 2 cats; very clean – the house does not smell like cats. (no pets – already have 2 cats). 1st month and security is needed to move in. I will be checking references ,a credit check and background check.

I’m a male, late 30′s, very responsible, clean, quiet, I do like to drink socially and at times I do have friends over. Please be responsible, clean, no drugs. Have a job or be a full-time student with proof of income.

I need a room mate! I need someone CLEAN! Chill, and positive. I don’t do drama, it takes too much energy. I would really prefer a non-smoker and since I already have a 75 lb pit bull, pets are totally up for discussion (shes REALLY friendly, and wouldn’t ever hurt anything, but cats are terrified of her). I live Dtown in a two-bedroom one bathroom place with limited storage, but it’s SUPER cute. I am also Student Teaching starting in January, so someone who likes to have a good time is cool, but late night partying and random late night guests is not. I need someone by January 1st. Rent is $925 (462.50 each) with water/trash, cable, and internet included (we pay gas and electric). I have a yard, a cozy kitchen, and the house has A LOT of history and character. The Common areas are furnished, so someone who needs just a room would be best but we can work together if needed; I’m flexible. I just wanna live with someone chill, responsible, and respectful and I will deliver the same attributes.
