One very nice home is opening its door to a nice, clean, friendly, respectful roommate with a good keen sense of humor. No haters. The residence is a very nice place and you would no doubt enjoy living here. We are a 19-30 years of age with 2 male, 1 female and a dog. Typically all in bed by 11pm-1am with a few random late nights thrown in for fun and to break up the monotony. We are clean, polite, and respectful. We sometimes like to have a good crunken party every now and then. 
And we do enjoy having a good time but if your drinking hard every night and or abusing drugs this will not be the best place for you. Smoking must be done outside.
We often all go out together to enjoy and do things around the city So if your not from around here, we would be able to help you acclimate to the local culture. Each of us have a wide range of interest and can not hate anyone for whatever theirs may be. We are looking for someone who is not sloppy/messy but actually takes pride in a reasonable clean place to live. Not a neat freak but someone who is ok with chores now and again. No fast ones here, we keep it real! A very safe 4min walk up Probasco gets you to UC campus if you are a student, if not then enjoy living in a student neighborhood and all the amenities that come with it.
The house is a very nice, secluded, private, older home. The house sits directly on a hillside overlooking a park. Ample parking is available! A large yard is overlooked by a kitchen located picture window and second floor balcony; where we have held many festivities and entertainment for our friends and family. Lots of trees provide lots of shade in summer and a garden is usually grown during this time for fresh produce. We have both a charcoal and gas grill, and a large fire pit. On the side of the rear deck on a concrete patio yes there is a Hot Tub for your pleasure! The home is brick with Spanish tile roof, all hardwood floors throughout. A large living room with ample seating and gas fireplace keeps us comfortable. The dining room has a large pub style table that we play card and board games at. The kitchen has modern appliances with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. We cook a lot and we cook well. There is an office and computer for share and wireless internet available everywhere else. High speed fiber optics (30meg upload 10meg download), so gamers or downloaders can get it on!
If you are highly active , tennis courts are located on one side of the property. There is also a bike polo court. There are two full baths available. A clothes washer and dryer is on premise for your use. You can really get your bang for the buck here, if your the right person; as in no creepies, rapists, or recent murders on your hands.
A police check and or background check may be required to protect everyone from undesirables This is a great nice home, and we are trying to keep it that way! Short term will be ok but would like perhaps a year commitment. References, small deposit and one month rent needed to get going, so wow us! $575 includes all utilities, cable/internet, and an undeniably great place to live that will serve you with awesome memories and times! The room can be minimally furnished if needed. The room is in on the second floor and has two windows with a nice view of the back yard and one of the hill and park. You can actually see about two miles unobstructed from this window to the west. The room is smaller but cozy and comfortable. Wood floors and a closet.Can be painted to your desired color.
