Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a roommate by Feb 1. I have a room available in a 2BR/1BA apartment in Capitol Hill. It’s a very spacious apartment with hardwood floors, archways, street-side windows, lots of closet space, and a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc.
The apartment is located on the corner of Summit Ave. and Olive St., in the heart of Capitol Hill. Very close to great bars and restaurants, and with great bus access. Perfect for commuting to the UW, Seattle U, or downtown.
Rent is 700/month. Heat and utilities are included in rent, but electricity is not. Electricity is around $15/month. This is a pet-free building. You’d be on the lease, which is month-to-month.
About me: I am a straight male, 26, non-smoker, non-drug user, occasional drinker. I like playing music, reading, hiking, outdoors stuff in general. I have lived with plenty of roommates, male and female, whom I still call friends, and I try to be quiet, clean, and considerate as a roommate.
