looking to rent out the extra bedroom in my apartment. large 1200 sq ft, you would have the second bedroom (13×15) and your own bathroom across the hall. full use of the whole apartment, but would enjoy living with someone that is not always laying on the sofa in the living room. must like animals (have two cats). unit is on first floor in the back facing the woods by the tennis courts. jr olympic pool, clubhouse, i have my own washer/dryer. very quiet and nice older complex. on major bus routes with a stop out front. the apartments are across 15/501 from the sheraton hotel, so close to campus if you were a student.

i am in my late 30′s, professional, yet unemployed at the moment gay guy, looking to share with a female, preferably. short term to long term, maybe make a friend out of this as well.

apartment has AT&T UVERSE, fast broadband wi-fi bubble, large rooms and common areas. screened back porch. i have it pretty furnished, but the extra room is not. actually the extra room needs to be painted and cleaned out, but has a good closet and ceiling fan.

rent i am asking is a flat rate and would include everything but phone. you would need a cell.

am looking to do this because i could use some relief from the financial situation i find myself in. would think this would be a perfect situation for a grad student. i am laid back, but stay on top of things. tolerance in life in general is a must.
