Hello everyone!

So, our long-time roommate is moving out in less than 2 weeks, and we need someone equally as awesome to fill his room by Feb. 1st! Short or Long-term is fine and the room can be furnished if need be. You’d be living with two other people, one male and one female (myself), in our adorable 3 bedroom apartment in Miracle Mile. We’re located near La Brea and San Vicente — about 5 minutes to the Grove, 5 minutes to the 10 freeway, 10 minutes to Hollywood, West Hollywood, Downtown, Beverly Hills and Culver City. It’s super easy to get anywhere you need to go from here! I work in Santa Monica, and it only takes me about 20 minutes to get there. Your rent would be $750, all utilities included (that’s Cable TV, WiFi, water, gas, and electric)

Our living room is big (with hardwood floors and a nifty fireplace) and has an attached covered porch — one of our favorite parts of the apartment! I love it so much that I put Christmas lights on it. . .like 2 years ago. . .and still haven’t taken them down What? It just looks better that way! We live on the second floor of a duplex, and we’re located in a really safe neighborhood on a quiet block.We have a large storage space in the back and the building has a driveway that we can use (whoever’s home first gets it kind-of-a-deal), but there’s tons of unlimited, no-restricted street parking out front! The only major downfall to our place is that there’s only one bathroom. So far, though, it’s never been an issue for any of us splitting time for it. There is laundry on-site, but it’s kind of finicky, so we always use the laundromat that’s just three blocks from our place.

A little about us- we’re both actors (I also do standup comedy), and we both have good side jobs. I’m from Chicago and have been in L.A. for 8 years, he’s from Colorado and has been here for six. We’re both pretty clean people, so we’d ask that you be as well. Mainly, we try to live by the rule “don’t make anyone else have to clean up after you”. We both tend to be night owls – me more so than him – but not in an “up all night partying” kind of way; more in a “catch up on our DVR’d shows” kind of way. Also, we cook a lot. Our microwave broke about a year and a half ago and we never got a new one, so we’ve become way better in the kitchen (sans our old go-to frozen dinners . Honestly though, it was a great thing! We’ve both gotten a lot more into fitness and become a lot more healthy because of it. We don’t have any pets because he has allergies, so we prefer you not bring any with you.
