The Current arrangement is that the household does consist of a rather healthy and active lifestyle and very clean. Main thing is no late night parties or noise at all. Would prefer somebody that is very respectful and courteous however, feels relaxed and enjoys the area and company with others. Past tenants have been very quiet Logan College of Chiropractic students, corporate relocation professionals (This is most common). Each of them enjoyed their stay. Typically one of two occupants is gone at least half the month.
