Cable, WiFi. a 3/4 bath is yours if you take the room, not shared. Full bath upstairs if you need a bath, I have a 1/2 bath which is mine.

I am the home owner renting out 2/4 bedrooms. (i.e. I won’t crowd the house.)

The room in question is 21×13. I am not a professional landlord. The room is warm.

If you are looking for perfection, look elsewhere. When I get a roomie I will work very diligently
to improve my ability to coexist with another i.e. keeping stuff clean.

Fenced yard but not inescapable by small dogs, mice, and other rodents.

I have a cat. Big friendly dogs preferred ;)

The other roommate is moving in Feb 5 and already has a room.

Beautiful home on small lake in Eagan. You would enjoy the downstairs completely to yourself. This area includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with heated tile floor, living room with very nice stone gas fireplace, built in entertainment center with rear surround sound speakers, cedar closet,your own 3 season porch overlooking lake, private entrance, and storage space. The laundry room is also downstairs. You would also have a spot in the garage. The area itself is very close to both 35E and 77. The local school district is fantastic. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. About me, professional female who likes staying active, reading, my sweet dog and two cats (all of which will be upstairs), my DVR, and typical girly things:) I would like to have a roommate that is respectful, and who would enjoy the home as much as I do. I am also a fan of kids, so if you have them, that’s not a problem at all. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have. I will be posting pictures of the place very soon.
