My roommate is leaving on the 17th of February, so I’m looking for his replacement.
This 2 b/r – 2 ba apt. (shared tub/shower) is in an apt. complex, in the heart of Glendale,
which is in the heart of Denver. A most excellent central location.

Share in rent/utilities/wifi. Free off street unassigned parking. The apt. is about 900 sf,
smallish kitchen, 80% carpeted, pets are accepted (fee), you must sign a rental agreement
with the bldg. mgmt. About $400 would cover your monthly financial obligations.

You – non smoker (420 is ok) – good hygiene practices, an active healthy sense of humor,
honorable, financially stable, common sense, reasonably mature, can provide references.
Me – same as above and I play chess.

I grew up in NYC, traveled around the country and the world, have had different careers, lived
on both coasts, and my interests have to do with the esoteric side of life. I try to stay flexible on
all counts, I’m understanding, giving and complimentary, and I like to smile.
