Hi, I live in a nice two-bedroom, one bathroom house in Gretna close to Harvey. It’s walking distance to Wal-Mart and a Dollar General store. It’s also really close to all of the businesses on Manhattan Boulevard. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. I feel safe going for a walk at night in this neighborhood. The house is pretty nice. It was renovated shortly before I moved in a year ago.
The house includes a kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, a stove, oven and microwave, a large sink and plenty of cabinet space. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer already installed. The house is already fully furnished with my stuff, but I am willing to move things around if you want to bring some of your own furniture.
About me: I’m a teacher at a local high school. I am female, single, no kids, 28 years old. I am a quiet professional type. I do not smoke, and I don’t drink regularly (just for fun on weekends sometimes). I never have wild parties or anything. I’m looking for someone with similar habits. If you are interested you must have stable employment, and you must clean after yourself.
The total cost is $550 per month, which includes rent, natural gas, electricity, cable TV, high speed Internet, sewer/water/garbage and grass cutting service.
The bedroom will be available around September 1, so I cannot accommodate anyone looking to move immediately. I’m mostly looking in advance trying to find someone who is a right fit for me.
I don’t have any pets right now, but the landlord allows a cat if you have one.
