My roommate and I are moving to Germany. I’m looking for a roommate starting February 4th (when he leaves). I plan on staying for another four months or so, but the lease will be up in April and we can go monthly after that. You would have the option to continue the lease or not, but this would be a good opportunity for someone to start renting immediately without getting in a lease. You would get the master bedroom with a queen size bed.
Rent is about $1450 a month plus utilities. Great location off Aala St near Beretania Park (China Town area). Second level apt has kitchen, full bathroom which separates the two bedrooms. Hard wood flooring, recent remodeling, gated community. Here is a link to the Apt complex
