A furnished bedroom is available in a great location Lower Bucks County, only half an hour north of Philly —the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We are also very close from Neshaminy, and Trevose train station. The neighborhood is really beautiful, and it is really a calm residential area.
The house has 3 bedrooms and a 1.5 bathroom, you will share the house with 2 other males who are considerate and respectful. Since both of us are very busy, we wish to maintain the space for relax and rest. If you are looking for such qualities, this place would be ideal for you. In particular, we are looking for someone who is a non-smoker and who does not have a pet.
To move-in, first and last month rent are required($1150). Utilities are included. (Electricity, cable and internet)
