Two rooms available in beautiful home. Move in ready for August 1st or September 1st, but timeline is negotiable. Looking for male/female student and/or professional who is respectful, very clean, social and responsible.

Rooms:

House has 3 floors and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a bathroom on each floor.

The 2nd floor (which is were the rooms for rent are located) has a full bath.

1st room is extremely large and has a really big closet, can come furnished or unfurnished. Furnished would mean a twin size bed, 2 dressers, and a TV. Price for this room is $650.

2nd room is a normal size room with a walk-in closet and can also come furnished or unfurnished. Furnished would mean a twin size bed, a 6 drawer dresser and a TV. Price for this room is $550.

**Although the rooms can come furnished with a twin bed, both rooms can hold a king size bed with plenty of left over space.

Shared kitchen with designated cabinet space if prefrerred.

Laundry room located on the first floor and is not coin operated but you must buy your own laundry detergent.

There is parking on the side of the house and plenty of off street parking.

Utilities:

Electricity, gas, and cable/internet) are split between tenants each month.
