The master bedroom has two closets, a walk in shower, and two sinks. Laundry units are in the apartment. Full access to kitchen and living room. It has a fireplace, granite counter tops, and partial hardwood flooring. We have cable and high speed internet. Utilities are not included but will be split evenly each month. Literally walk to CSUS on the bike trail, it is less than a mile away. It’s a twenty dollar cab ride away from any bar in Sacramento. This really is a beautiful apartment and a great (gated) complex, but the best thing about it is really the location.

About you: A female room mate who is either a student or young professional. We will consider couples, seeing that it is a master bedroom and all. We have sweet and well behaved dogs, so you must at least tolerate living with them.
About us: Two girls and one guy. Both girls are CSUS students and the guy is a working professional. We all have jobs and work mostly nights and weekends. We are up late often but will be courteous if you are sleeping or studying. Our lease is up in June, after that you can either take over the lease or transfer to a different unit in the complex quite easily.
