It boasts a swimming pool, 2 ponds and lake that can be fished from without a license. (catch & release) There are walking trails, lots of wild life and plenty of peace and quiet. And of course it’s 18 Hole Course. The Club House is a short distance away, and membership is open to the public. This is a perfect location for a single person who enjoys golfing regularly.
You will have full use of the home and what makes it a home. One parking space. Personal cabinet space in kitchen for food. Your room has a walk in closet. It is offered furnished or un-furnished. A large bathroom is just across the hall from your room.(shared w/ 1person) All the utilities are included in the rent. (Electric, Water, Trash, Wireless High Speed Internet & Cable with Showtime) Also included is maid service. SO NO HOUSE CLENING!!!! However, If you would like for her to clean your room, change your sheets or do your laundry, she will charge you an additional fee for those services.

Large Deck overlooking the Golf Course w/ Grill, a seating area with couch and coffee table, tall propane heater, Nice big round patio table, Gazebo and Fire Pit. Gainfully Employed, Have your own transportation, Have a direction in life and be past your heavy partying days. Don’t get me wrong. I am not a party pooper. I enjoy having a good time. But, a house mate that doesn’t understand the meaning of moderation and is often over doing it, gets old fast. You must love dogs, be kind to them and respect them. Living here is my best buddy Miss Dixie. She is enough. So I’m afraid, No more pets.
