Room for rent to share a 3bed2bath house with a female recent college graduate who works in marketing. The room has a fresh “country white” paint and a walk-in three sided closed. The room is available for a female only as you would be sharing a bathroom with the other female. The house is currently furnished with wireless internet, basic cable, washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances and kitchenware that you may use. The current roommate is a quiet considerate person and we expect the same from a new roommate. Please be able to clean up after yourself (i.e. wash your dishes and keep common areas clean). We normally take our shoes off at the front door to keep the house clean. The house is located within walking distance of a nearby park with basketball courts, tennis courts, and grass fields. It is located in a safe and quiet residential community. The available room can be furnished with a desk, chair, and a “click clack” that folds into a twin bed if needed. The owner (recent law school grad, a guy), occupies another room, but is only around about once a month.

Terms: $400 per month includes utilities. Month to month. Sorry, no pets.
