Huge apartment–includes bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom, family/dining room, living room, and 3 closets, with much space between the two bedrooms. Rent includes heat and hot water, but the stove runs on gas, which must be paid for separately. Cats allowed. Very secure apartment managed by established realty company. Safe area near restaurants and bars at Madison and Lark at Washington Park in Center Square. Building is filled with mostly grad students and medical students. On-street parking, or paid off-street parking available. Laundry facilities on site. Please also note that any nicks in the walls or messes that you see in the pics will be cleaned up before we move in, and that the kitchen countertop will be replaced, and the walls repainted.

I am a 22-year-old, female grad student attending SUNY Albany. I would prefer to live with another student or young professional who is sociable and would want to go out together once in a while, but is also respectful of privacy. I like to keep the temperature around 70 degrees, and I do not have any pets. I am very laid back and easy to live with. We would each buy items to furnish the apartment.
