Share the house with a very quite couple in the basement and young student in upper floor bedroom

Located in Westside of Westminster, by Broomfield. 100th and Simns
20 minutes to Boulder/Denver or Golden
Not real close to bus lines so having transportation is recommended

Rent: $450 for a single or $600 for a couple
$500 Deposit: plus share of utilities

We would prefer to have a couple or a female as they would mesh better since we are also a couple (early 50′s) and a female (19) here already but we are open to all.
Be open to lifestyles, fairly liberal & progressive but not too far to the left
Must share with household duties: trash, lawn care, snow shoveling and can help out with household projects that come up.

No slobs, lazy deadheads who just do nothing all the time. Only those who are wanting to make something of themselves and are willing to be part of the world will be allowed to exist with those already here,

Age/gender not important as long as you are not partying all night or blasting the house with music — lets make it a house, not a frat flat, and lets keep visitors to normal hours of the day/evenings, no late night gatherings.

It’s fine with us if you are Vegetarian but we are not, we eat meat.
Eco friendly, we do care about our planet and what we do to it but we are not tree huggers.
