1 room available with it’s own seperate bathroom in a large 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. (This complex has only 6 units).
Located right at the beach you can hear the waves right from your bedroom and any where in the apartment.
Walk right to the Pier or simply walk to Del Mar Ave and the Downtown area. ( I do not drive during the weekend as I am so close to everything). You can wake up and walk right down to the beach or at night you can have a bonfire on the beach and walk right home in just a minute.
No Pets, No Drugs. I do not drink so I do not go out and party or bring the party back home. I keep rather mellow during the week and like to be active during the weekend.
The rental is for 1 person who is employed (Employment Verified) and does not work from home. Must have outside of home employment.
I do not mind overnight guests once in a while as long as it is not during week, we can discuss cause I am social. I am in the Pharmaceutical Industry and work 7:00-4:00 during the week so I try to keep it rather mellow.
There is a full kitchen, Laundry on site, parking space, and a wonderful place to live.
Rent is $850+ Security Deposit + 1/2 Utilities.
Room is unfurnished.
