I am moving out of my room in a cozy house tucked away on the Winooski side of the Old North End and I am looking to find a replacement ASAP. The house is set up off of Riverside Avenue and has its own yard/porch and parking space.
Inside there is a normal living room, full kitchen, 1 bath, washer and dryer and a decent sized basement with a music studio being built in. Your new mates are a couple and another male and female between the ages of 25 and 28. Everyone works full time. There’s a cat and I am pretty sure that no other pets would be permitted. The Rent is $460 a month and then utilities (a $460 security deposit with be required as well), this includes a speedy internet connection and TV. The renters agreement is up in either May or June but they plan on staying there at least another year. If I have forgotten anything don’t hesitate to ask, this is a pretty good deal in Burlington.

Hello!
I am a female young professional who is seeking two female roommates for a two story duplex located in Winooski (between the round-a-bout and the school). Ideally, I am looking for another young professional female, between the ages of 21-30, who is relaxed, clean, friendly, and responsible.
Dulplex has three bedrooms and one bath (full) upstairs, and has washer/dryer, dishwasher, back yard, garden space, drive way (and on-street parking), front deck, full basement and attic for storage! (pics coming soon!) One of the bedrooms that is available is large with wood floors and a walk-in closet (room comfortably holds a queen size bed). The other is a bit smaller with full carpet and a long closet (comfortably fits a full-size bed) and is the warmest in the winter!
5 min walk to CCV, bus to St. Mikes/Essex/UVM, 6 min commute via car to UVM, 10 minutes via car to Downtown Burlington!
Rent is $417 + utilities (I have never paid more than $500 total…even in the middle of winter!)
