Otherwise, I work out of this first floor unit. I also have a very people friendly dog, Kiko, a retriever mix (Rescue Dog).

Seeking a responsible roommate who is mature when it comes to having guests over which are welcome as long as all are respectful. Applicants should also be LGBT friendly.

This unit is located in Southeast DC. I have lived here for about a year. I have found everyone here to be very accepting and so extremely helpful; at times, it has been embarrassing. Specifically this unit is located on 18th St, SE between Minnesota Avenue and Good Hope Road.

Unit is very close to all major bus routes and only a very short two to three minute bus ride to two different Metro stations — Green Line or Blue and Orange Metro stops.

Immediately Occupancy Reduces Rent:
Monthly rent is standard $400, which is much less than 50% of the total monthly rent. Seeking immediate occupancy so if room is rented by June 20, the monthly rent will be only $390. In addition, a security deposit of $600 is due and payable at the time of the first month’s rent payment to protect myself against any damages, unpaid rent or utility bills.

Depending upon which utilities tenant wishes to use, other than gas and electric, we will work out a fair spit of the other utility bills which don’t total much at all. You have access to 50mps Internet, a huge number of TV shows, plus HBO. In addition, you can have access to a TIVO to record shows, plus the TV is tied into the Internet, where you can watch things such as YouTube.
